Here's How to Get Your Refund

Step 1 : Buy our Squishy Lagoons anywhere on any of our platforms (Website, Our Retail Shop @ Paya Lebar Square, Shopee, Lazada & Carousell) and remember to keep the receipt.

Step 2 : Use the Squishy Lagoons to catch fish from saltwater, reservoirs and pond.

Step 3 : Once you catch the fish, take a photo of you holding the fish. Do ensure that the squishy lagoons are visible. Multiple photos within the same post are allowed.

Step 4 : Post your fish photo on your Facebook page or Instagram page and remember to tag us (@sgfishingrigz). In your caption, write something about the squishy lagoon and congrats, you now qualify for a refund.

Step 5 : To claim your refund, you can either

a. Visit our Shop, show us your Facebook/Instagram page and copy of the receipt. 

b. Whatsapp us @ 83339301 with your post and a copy of your receipt.

We will transfer back the money within one working day.

1. If you have multiple items in your receipt, we will only refund the cost of Squishy Lagoons.

2. Each receipt can only be redeemed once.

3. Fish that is less than 20cm and below 1lb will not qualify.

4. Photos submitted via Social media after 31 Dec 2021 will not be refunded. By submitting your photo, you allow SGfishingRigz to use your images in our marketing campaigns or promotions.
